This Deep Frying Pan is made of iron and has been designed for cooking kushikatsu (Japanese deep-fried skewers).

Made of a cast iron, it ensures great heat duration and conductivity. This feature enables shorter cooking time and allows immediate umami locking, resulting in making tastier deep fried dishes.

It comes with a special lid with six tiny dents on its edge to place the skewers. The lid is removable, so you can deep-fry other foods such as tempura, karaage (Japanese fried chicken), tonkatsu (deep-fried breaded pork), etc.

Simple and stylish black color. The pot is compatible with IH.
