Tsujiri is a green tea and matcha specialty store established in 1860 in Kyoto. Their philosophy remains the same as in the beginning, to offer the best quality green tea in the market. In order to achieve this they only use green tea harvested in Uji and still use traditional grinding techniques that enhance the flavor and aroma of matcha.

Instructions

Serve either hot or cold.

Place three heaped teaspoons (17g) of powder in a cup or glass.

Add 140ml of hot water or 120ml of cold water + 2-3 ice cubs and stir well.
