Kurakon Oshaburi Kombu Ume is a kombu (kelp seaweed) snack seasoned with the pulp of ume (Japanese plum). It is a hardened kombu snack that is designed to allow you to enjoy its chewy bite feeling and nutritional goodness.

You can chew this snack for a long time like bubble gum. Moreover, the longer you chew, the more the umami spreads into your mouth.

It is made with 100% Hokkaido kombu and 100% Kisyu (located in Wakayama, Japan: the nation's largest ume production site) umeboshi pickled plum.

Unlike chewing gums and candy, this kombu snack is very healthy and allows you to take potassium, edible fiber, and calcium with ease.
