This is a ready-to-use warishita (sukiyaki sauce) produced by Kikkoman. With this product, you can experience one of the most popular Japanese hot pots at home.

Warishita refers to a stock consists of soy sauce, mirin (sweet cooking rice wine), sugar, and dashi. It is a sweetened soy sauce famous for its excellent balance of saltiness and sweetness.

Through a long term simmering, the flavor of soy sauce becomes milder. Mirin and 3 sugars are then added to the sauce to create elegant and rich taste.

Free of chemical additives; no need to worry, simply pour this product into a pot filled with simmered beef, vegetables, tofu, mushroom, etc.
